Order 629009. No Delivery, no customer support.
Will not take responsibility even though they purchased the shipping. This is a China organization. It takes a long time (3.5 weeks) and ultimately it never arrived. They insist I track it down with USPS.
They won’t do anything even though they paid for shipping and it’s their responsibility. I tried to contact USPS, I spent 45 minutes on hold, and I tried online with their terrible online customer service. Unlikely that will go anywhere. I just disputed with American Express.
I can trust them. You can’t trust these companies.
They clearly do not care about customer service, customer opinion. They just want your money.
