I purchased a Christmas gift on November 27. Finally received it on Dec 16.
One of the names was spelled wrong. Contacted the return phone number numerous times finally got an answer today the gentlemen said he wasn't associated with the company. Sent 8 emails received a quick response after the first one. Cinderella asked for a picture.
No more responses. I contacted my credit card company today for a refund. I told the credit card company I would not be sending the merchandise back since they had an incorrect phone number on the web site who knows if the return address is correct. The credit card company agrees.
Customer service sucks. I specifically asked for some one to call me asap still no response.
